Documentaries and Heroes

3 Minutes and Counting is our documentary in production that addresses the critical need for Automated External Defibrillators and Stop the Bleed kits within 3 minutes of initiating care for victims of sudden cardiac arrest or traumatic injury. It tells the stories of Good Samaritan heroes who have saved the lives of others through bystander care.  As of July 2018, one of our Med Tac instructors, Mr. David Beshk, and one of our students at the Texas Medical Center have already saved lives using their Med Tac training.

A NASA Innovation Summit was the site of the video roll out of the Med Tac Certificate Program to schools and educators.  Following that presentation, Med Tac Team members were awarded the 2018 Pete Conrad Global Patient Safety Award.
